Unless there are other projects out there using the same coding for the name this is a board that was developed by two professors at DeVry in the 90s (I don't know that they didn't take the design & re-label it was theirs - but from what I understood the two professors were solely responsible for the hardware & BIOS/PC interfacing software) for teaching design using the Z80. From my time there I worked a little with the board but haven't dealt with it in years (probably don't even have any useful backups of antique software). I have a couple of boards still around that aren't even known quantities anymore. They went through revisions & some boards are heavily modded by the students through their coursework for projects leading up to their “senior” project. I don't know that you could track down Prof. Charles “Findog” Finley or Prof. Tom Wheeler (if I remember their names correctly), but maybe you still can.
