Introduction
Perceptics' IP940 is a 68040 mezzanine board for VME. IP940 contains a 68040 with 12meg of RAM and 2 meg of flash. The base board provides 4 channels of serial ports, compact flash interface, PS2 keyboard interface, and 8-bit I/O expansion connector. It also provides 200Hz and 50Hz timers.
