The CP/M version I have inserts (I think) up to 12 different conditional compiles depending on what options are required. In an ideal world one might use the "pure" cp/m version but it doesn't work if you want things like keyboards and small displays and TSR programs and autoexec files. So it all grows a bit like topsy turvy. I never got the user one working though, as I don't know how to get PIP into the other user areas in order to copy more files over. My CP/ M text book went on for pages on this so clearly it always has been an issue. Maybe there is a shortcut here? Re the PM, ? you could swap the working RBBS code for one of my boards with battery backup. It would be a fair trade from my point of view as having a board permanently online would be cool. ---- * **References**: * **[[msg00204.html|RBBS/BYE and CP/M]]** * //From:// "Richard A.
