 +Hmm, actually N8VEM SBCs (Z80 V1, Z80 V2, SBC-188) use following pins
 +on serial port header:
 +2 - DSR
 +3 - RX
 +4 - RTS (SBC V2 only, NC on others)
 +5 - TX
 +6 - CTS (SBC V2 only, NC on others)
 +7 - DTR
 +9 - GND
 +
 +Which matches DTK/Intel pinout. And I am using a flat cable I made
